No questions asked, if you don't like your shoes return them to us for a Refund.

We want all of our customers to be pleased with their purchases, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can cancel your order under European Union Long Distance Selling Act within 28 days of receiving your order.If you would like to cancel your order, contact us and send the goods back in the same condition as we sent them to you and return this by post.

Please remember that the customer is entitled to cover cost of postage and packaging unless the shoes are faulty or we have sent the incorrect item. The Postage charge can be paid through an e-invoice which we will send you once you have contacted us.

When returning items you must

You can use our pre paid Label to Return / Exchange (Uk customers Only).Pre Paid Label will cost only £4.99. Please note that you don't have to pay to Post Office . We will ask you to pay for Exchange or will deduct this amount from your Refund.
